The Network Operations Center - Vehicle (NOC-V) provides a high data/transmission bandwidth backbone for support of the U.S. Army's Stryker Brigade Combat Teams (SBCTs).  Developed by CERDEC under the purview of PM TRCS, the NOC-V is housed in a Standardized Integrated Command Post System (SICPS) Rigid Wall Shelter (WS) V4 and provides transmission using COTS and GFE communications equipment, switches and routers.  The NOC-V provides network management and tactical radio support for the lower tactical internet.

CSS has been involved with the NOC-V program from its onset.  CSS developed training materials and provides continuing on-site training and technical support for the fielding of the NOC-V to the Army.
